Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance. Confirmation will be sent once secured. Deposit: Non-refundable deposit of 50 % required at booking. Cancellations: At least 72 hours notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged. Late Arrivals: Over 15 minutes late may result in shortened or rescheduled service. By booking, you agree to these terms.
